Using HSE certified professional field maintenance services means that only high quality trained technicians maintain your monitoring equipment and you will have comprehensive well prepared maintenance records for each site.

Maintenance Agreement Options

HSE offers a biannual site inspection and preventative maintenance agreement. If this agreement doesn’t meet your needs a periodic maintenance agreement is available were the agreement is based on how often you would like a HSE certified technician to visit your sites. All site visits will be scheduled through our professional Project Management team after communication with site owner. HSE Certified Technician(s) will clean, test and inspect all aspects of the equipment including:

  • Power (charging sources and batteries).
  • Communication (radios, modems, antennas, feed-line).
  • Public Warning Devices (flashing signs, beacons, gates).
  • Sensors (rain gauges, pressure transducers, radar, wind and surface, etc).
  • Take a current image of the site.
  • Take screen shots as well as record test values for each component.
  • Technician prepares and submits to client a summary document and detailed report including recommendations for any repairs.

Any minor issues, such as bent antennas or misaligned solar panels, will be corrected while the technician is onsite. For major repairs, an estimate will be issued for approval, or have components replaced from the client’s spare parts inventory.

Ask About Our Training Options

Alternatively it may be more feasible for you to have a HSE certified technician train one of your staff to maintain your equipment. We suggest having the training take place concurrent with the installation, however we can train your staff at other times if it works better for you.
